NCLAT: Committee of Creditors Within its Right to Resolve to Liquidate Go Airlines - (07 Apr 2025)

INSOLVENCY

NCLAT New Delhi bench has held that in absence of any compliant resolution plan, Committee of Creditors (CoC), acting in accordance with Section 33(2) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, was within its rights to resolve to liquidate the Corporate Debtor, Go Airlines (India) Ltd.
