SC: Once Limitation Act applies, all its provisions will Apply to the proceedings under Public Premis - (07 Apr 2025)

LIMITATION

SC has observed that a party cannot argue that only section 3 of Limitation Act along with the limitation provided under Limitation Act will apply and not section 18 of the same Act. Once the Limitation Act applies, all its provisions will be applicable to the proceedings under Public Premises Act.
