SC: Potentiality of Land is also to be Taken into Consideration While Assessing Market Value - (07 Apr 2025)

LAND ACQUISITION

SC has observed that while determining land acquisition compensation the potentiality of the land is also to be taken into consideration while assessing the market value. It has been held that potentiality is the use to which the land is put to use or reasonably capable of being put to use.
