Bombay HC to State Transport Dept.: Ensure School Buses Follow Rules - (04 Jul 2016)

Bombay High Court has directed the state transport department to reply to a PIL filed for seeking that light motor vehicles, BEST and MSRTC buses used for ferrying school children follow the Maharashtra Motor Vehicles (Regulation of School Buses) Rules 2011.
