Delhi HC Directs Removal of 'Kindpan' Trademark in Petition Filed by ‘Mankind’ - (04 Apr 2025)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Delhi High Court has directed the removal of trademark ‘Kindpan’ in a petition filed by Mankind Pharma Limited on the ground that it is the owner of 'Mankind' and 'Kind' marks.
