Delhi HC: ‘High Speed’ Not Sufficient to Conclude Driver Acted in Rash and Negligent Manner - (04 Apr 2025)

MOTOR VEHICLES

Delhi High Court while discharging a man accused of driving his car in high speed, has observed that ‘high speed’ of a vehicle is not sufficient to conclude that the driver acted in “rash and negligent” manner.
