J&K HC: Govt. Failing to Communicate Rejection of Detenue’s Representation in Time Vitiates Order - (04 Apr 2025)

CRIMINAL

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has held that the failure on part of the Government to timely communicate the rejection of detenue’s representation is sufficient to vitiate the detention order.
