SC: Limitation Begins from Date of Registration of Sale Deed that Constitutes Constructive Notice - (04 Apr 2025)

Supreme Court while overturning High Court's decision upholding a decree in a partition suit filed 45 years after the sale deed was registered, has noted that limitation period begins from the date of registration of the sale deed that constitutes a constructive notice.
