SC Reserves Judgment on Pleas Challenging Centre’s Order Allowing Ex-Post Facto Clearance - (04 Apr 2025)

ENVIRONMENT

Supreme Court has reserved its judgment on pleas challenging notifications issued by the Central Government that allowed ex-post facto clearance for mining projects without the requisite clearance under Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) Notification, 2006.
