SC: Candidate Can’t Claim Equitable Relief if Appointment is Illegal - (04 Apr 2025)

Supreme Court has observed that a candidate cannot claim equitable relief under Article 142 of the Constitution of India if the candidate gained entry through a process which was not legal and valid.
