Karnataka HC: Merely Handling of Banned Drug not a Violation - (04 Jul 2016)

Karnataka HC has given benefit of doubt to a person who was 'handling' a large quantity of Ketamine hydrochloride as he claimed that he was only an intermediary for a drug manufacturer who had the licence to handle the substance.
