Kar. HC Refuses to Entertain Petition Seeking Implementation of Circular Regarding Usage of ‘Dalit’ - (03 Apr 2025)

Karnataka High Court has refused to entertain a petition that sought implementation of the government circular asking all its departments and authorities to avoid using the nomenclature "Dalit" for members belonging to the Scheduled Castes during all official transactions.
