Kar. HC: Rapido, Uber Can’t Operate in State Unless Relevant Guidelines Issued - (03 Apr 2025)

MOTOR VEHICLES

Karnataka High Court while directing the State Government to ensure that all bike taxi operations cease to operate in the State, has held that bike taxi aggregators like Rapido, Uber etc cannot operate in State unless relevant guidelines are issued.
