Delhi HC: Preserve CCTV Footage When Complaint against Dept. Regarding Illegal Detention in Received - (03 Apr 2025)

CUSTOMS

Delhi High Court has directed that the Customs department must preserve CCTV footage whenever a complaint is received regarding illegal detention of a traveller’s foreign currency.
