SC Refuses to Direct States to Establish Public Libraries - (03 Apr 2025)

CIVIL

Supreme Court while refusing to direct State Governments to establish public libraries in rural areas, has observed that there are more pressing issues in rural development and Court cannot pass directions on how the resources should be allocated.
