SC: To Prevent Re-Litigation, Quasi-Judicial Bodies are Bound by Principles of Res-Judicata - (03 Apr 2025)

Supreme Court while setting aside Rajasthan High Court's order, has observed that to prevent re-litigation on the same issue the quasi-judicial bodies are also bound by the principles of res-judicata.
