Delhi HC: Delay in Publication of Award Doesn’t Invalidate the Award - (02 Apr 2025)

ARBITRATION

Delhi High Court has observed that delay in publication of award does not render the award invalid unless it is shown that rights of the parties are materially affected by the award.
