AP HC: Rape Cannot be Considered As a Mere Physical Assault - (02 Apr 2025)

CRIMINAL

Andhra Pradesh High Court has held that rape cannot be considered as a mere physical assault. Therefore, the cases relating to granting of bail in offences of rape are required to be approached differently.
