SC Acquits Man in 30-Year-Old Murder Case Stating Possibility of False Accusation Due to Prior Enmity - (31 Mar 2025)

The Supreme Court while acquitting accused in 30-year-old murder case observed that though hostility between parties can establish a motive for committing crime, it also raises possibility of false accusations driven by personal grudge.
