SC: Homebuyer Entitled to Refund and Cannot be Forced to Accept Possession after Undue Delay - (28 Mar 2025)

The Supreme Court has observed that after an undue delay, a homebuyer cannot be forced to accept possession of the property and is entitled to a refund if the unit is not delivered within the agreed time frame.
