NCLAT: Must Admit Application u/s 7 When CD’s OTS Proposal is Rejected - (27 Mar 2025)

INSOLVENCY

NCLAT New Delhi bench has held that an application under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 must be admitted when a One-Time Settlement (OTS) proposal submitted by the corporate debtor is rejected by the financial creditor and the debt remains unpaid.
