NCLAT: Can’t Recall Order Passed after Considering Materials Important for Determination of Issue - (27 Mar 2025)

INSOLVENCY

NCLAT New Delhi bench has held that if an order has been passed by Adjudicating Authority after consideration of all the necessary materials that are important for determination of issue, such an order cannot be recalled.
