AP HC: Mere Acquittal Will Not Confer on Employee Right to Claim Benefit, Including Reinstatement - (27 Mar 2025)

AP HC has observed that that mere acquittal by a criminal court will not confer on the employee a right to claim any benefit, including reinstatement. However, if the charges and evidence are same then the matter acquires a different dimension.
