AP HC: Insurance Company Can File Execution Petition Only after Paying Compensation to Claimant - (27 Mar 2025)

MOTOR VEHICLES

Andhra Pradesh High Court has observed that execution petition can be filed by the insurance company against the owner of an offending vehicle only after paying compensation to the claimant as awarded by the Motor Vehicle Claims Tribunal.
