SC Directs CARA to Issue NOC for Ease in Inter-Country Adoption - (27 Mar 2025)

Supreme Court while hearing a plea relating to ease the procedure for inter-country adoption, has directed the Central Adoption Resource Authority (CARA) to issue a No Objection Certificate in four weeks to steadfast the adoption process.
