SC Passes Directions for Effective Implementation of DMR Act - (27 Mar 2025)

MEDIA AND COMMUNICATION

Supreme Court has passed directions for the State Government for the effective implementation of the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954 (DMR Act) that prohibits publication of misleading advertisements regarding medical cures.
