Delhi HC: Tyres Manufacturer 'Bridgestone' Gets Damages Over Trademark Infringement By Indian Firm - (26 Mar 2025)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Delhi High Court has awarded Rs. 34.41 lakh compensation to automobile tyres manufacturer Bridgestone Corporation for its trademark infringement by Indian firm for manufacturing tyres and tubes for automobiles under 'Brimestone' mark.
