J&K HC: Threats to Litigants Justifies Measure Like Virtual Hearing - (25 Mar 2025)

Jammu and Kashmir High Court while allowing virtual hearing for a party instead of transferring the appeal on grounds of security, has stated that legitimate security concerns justify measures like virtual hearing.
