SC: Presence of Arbitration Clause Won’t Override Consumer’s Choice to Move Consumer Forum - (25 Mar 2025)

CONSUMER

Supreme Court has observed that a consumer can approach the consumer forum even if there is existence of an arbitration clause in the agreement and a consumer cannot be forced to adjudicate dispute through arbitration.
