Delhi HC: When No Seat/Venue Specified in Agreement, Jurisdiction to be Decided Under CPC - (25 Mar 2025)

ARBITRATION

Delhi High Court has observed that court's jurisdiction under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 is to be decided under the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 if there is absence of a specified seat or venue in the Arbitration Agreement.
