Madras HC: Employer Cannot Seek Proof Beyond Doubt for Factum of Marriage Unless it is Disputed - (25 Mar 2025)

Madras High Court has held that no doubt, maternity leave is granted to a married woman but a marriage need not be compulsorily registered and the employer cannot seek proof beyond doubt for the factum of marriage unless it is disputed.
