AP HC: Appropriate if Government Establishes Register for Recording Disputes between Parties - (25 Mar 2025)

AP HC has observed that it would be appropriate, if government establishes a statutory basis for creation of a dispute register with rules set out for inclusion and removal of properties from such a dispute register. Such dispute register may be used as a reference point for verification of title.
