NCLAT: To Reject Application u/s 9 of IBC Reflection of Genuine Pre Existing Dispute Sufficient - (24 Mar 2025)

INSOLVENCY

NCLAT New Delhi Bench has held that for rejection of an application under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC), reflection of a pre-existing dispute regarding the claim between the parties is sufficient.
