SC: Protection under TP Act Not Available to if Party Knew about Pending Litigation - (24 Mar 2025)

PROPERTY

Supreme Court has observed that if a party knows about pending litigation while entering into an agreement then protection under Section 53A of the Transfer of Property Act, 1882 shall not be available to the party.
