Cal. HC: Can Make Non-Signatories Party to Dispute if their and Signatories Relief Align - (21 Mar 2025)

ARBITRATION

Calcutta High Court has observed that non-signatories in an arbitration agreement can be made party to a dispute if relief sought against the signatories and non-signatories aligns.
