Kerala High Court has directed the State Government to frame guidelines for keeping the details of the complainant anonymous from public domain during the enquiry proceedings under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH Act).
