Show Cause Notice Sent to DSK Legal for Video Advertisement Featuring Bollywood Actor - (21 Mar 2025)

Bar Council of India has sent a show cause notice to law firm DSK Legal for its video advertisement featuring a bollywood actor. It was stated that such promotional tactics are not only deceptive but also violate the trust that clients place in the legal system.
