J&K HC: Can’t Allow Party to Unilaterally and Retrospectively Alter the Rent Amount - (20 Mar 2025)

Jammu and Kashmir High Court has held that it is not permissible to allow a party to alter the rent amount fixed with the tenant, unilaterally and retrospectively.
