‘Sikhya Providers’ Entitled to Age Relaxation in Recruitment Exam - (20 Mar 2025)

Punjab & Haryana High Court has held that Sikhya Providers appointed to teach the students in the government schools are entitled to age relaxation in a government recruitment exam. Depriving them of such relaxation would be violative of Article 21-A of the Constitution of India.
