SC Comments on States Boasting High Per Capita Income and Still Claiming BPL Benefits - (20 Mar 2025)

Supreme Court while hearing a matter pertaining to the free ration cards to migrant workers and unskilled labourers, has orally commented that there are states that boast of having high per capita income but also claim benefits meant for the Below Poverty Line (BPL) section.
