Karnataka HC Upholds Validity of Micro Loan and Small Loan Ordinance, 2025 - (19 Mar 2025)

CONSTITUTION

Karnataka High Court has upheld the constitutional validity of the Karnataka Micro Loan and Small Loan (Prevention of Coercive Actions) Ordinance, 2025 and stated that the Ordinance has taken birth from the womb of social justice and it nowhere depicts arbitrariness.
