SC Constitutes Committee to Examine Financial Status of Schools - (19 Mar 2025)

Supreme Court while hearing a plea challenging Allahabad High Court’s order directing private schools to either adjust/reimburse 15% of fees paid by parents during Covid period, has constituted a committee to examine the financial status of private schools.
