Cal. HC Lifts Stay Order on Recruitment of Civil Judges who Qualified WBJS Exam - (19 Mar 2025)

Calcutta High Court while dismissing multiple pleas that had challenged the conduct of West Bengal Judicial Services Exam, 2022, has lifted the stay order on recruitment of qualified civil judges.
