Supreme Court Calls for CBI’s Proposal on Investigation in Builder-Banks Nexus - (19 Mar 2025)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has asked the CBI to put up a proposal regarding the enquiry/investigation into a builder-banks nexus in the National Capital Region. The Court also appointed an Amicus Curiae for assistance in the matter.
