Apparel Manufacturer Moves NCLT against Zomato Over Non-Payment of Dues - (18 Mar 2025)

INSOLVENCY

Food delivery giant Zomato is facing an insolvency plea filed by Nona Lifestyle, a B2B apparel manufacturer over non-payment of dues upto ?1,64,83,194 for the uniforms worn by delivery partners and other apparel.
