Ker. HC: Eviction Can be Overturned Only When Subsequent Events Completely Negate Landlord’s Needs - (13 Mar 2025)

Kerala High Court has clarified that only those subsequent events that completely negate the landlord’s bonafide requirement of premises can be considered as decisive for overturning an eviction order.
