Bom HC: DGP to Investigate ‘False Rape Cases Racket’ Allegedly Run by Cop and Women Lawyers - (13 Mar 2025)

Bombay High Court while asking DGP of Maharashtra to consider a complaint about a cop and women lawyers running false ‘rape cases racket’ has observed that genuine cases of rape get affected because of 'false rape cases’.
