AP HC: Order of License Suspension Can’t Partake Character of License Cancellation - (12 Mar 2025)

Andhra Pradesh High Court has held that order of license suspension can’t partake character of license cancellation as suspension entails temporary debarment, whereas cancellation means to destroy the force, effectiveness, or validity of an order.
