Delhi HC: Can Grant Arbitral Award on the Basis of Evidentiary Admissions - (11 Mar 2025)

ARBITRATION

Delhi High Court has observed that power to pass an award on admissions is wide and there is no bar on granting an award of admissions in the case of evidentiary admissions.
