Guj. HC: State to Take Stand on Challenge to Gujarat Local Authorities Laws (Amendment) Act 2023 - (11 Mar 2025)

CONSTITUTION

Gujarat High Court has sought the stand of State Government on a PIL challenging the constitutional validity of the Gujarat Local Authorities Laws (Amendment) Act 2023.
